Here are some frequently asked questions about using the Vision Camera app.


Can I upload existing photos?

You cannot upload existing photos to the Vision Camera app. All photos need to originate through the app for our verification software to work. We require that you tap the link that was sent to you, download the Vision Camera app, and take the necessary photos through the app.


Do I have to use a mobile device?

The Vision Camera app is exclusively available on iOS and Android devices. We do not have a browser-based method at this time. All photos need to be captured using the Vision Camera app for authentication purposes.


How do I add more photos?

If you have already clicked on the Finish Inspection button in the Vision Camera app, you will need to contact the company that sent the inspection request and ask them to "request more." This will trigger another message to you with a new link that you can click on, which will re-enable your ability to add more images, videos, and/or answers to the inspection request.


What do I do if my link expired?

If your link expired before you were able to access your inspection request, please reach out to the company that provided your link. Truepic does not create inspection requests or links, but we may be able to forward one to you if our client has generated a new one to share.
