Truepic Vision is a digital inspection platform that provides a quick and convenient way to send verified, trustworthy images and videos directly to the requester.
You may have received a text message or email (or both) from one our customers to start a request and upload photos. If so, it is a simple process to get started and upload your photos for verification. Once you receive your link, check out our Getting Started Guide for next steps.
Our app is a simple download from either the iOS or Android app store. The Vision Camera app does not save images or photos directly to your device, and it cannot access existing photos on your device, either. Instead, photos and videos that you take with the app are sent directly to the company that made the request.
Once your inspection is complete, you may uninstall the Vision Camera from your device.
