If on opening the app you are prevented from using the Truepic Vision because it is saying it is modified this may be caused by your device being in Developer Mode. Please check the following:
- Ensure that you have Mobile Data enabled
- Ensure that you can connect to a Data service if you are Roaming
- Ensure that your phone is not set to Developer Mode
- Ensure your device is not running a beta version of the operating system
- Ensure your device is not modified or jailbroken
Instructions for disabling Developer Mode on Android
- Open your android phone’s settings by clicking on the silver gear.
- Tap ‘Developer Options’ in the settings menu.
- Tap the slider button at the top right of the screen Off.
Instructions for disabling Developer Mode on iPhone
- Open your iPhone’s Settings by clicking on the silver gear.
- Locate the "Privacy & Security" section, and click on it.
- Find the Developer Mode at the bottom of the screen, and toggle the switch off
- Restart your iPhone
If you are still having issues enabling the camera in the Truepic Vision app, please provide us with the details of your device and current operating system version. If you are able to send us a screenshot of the error message that would help too.
