Smartlinks are not tied to the initial phone number or email they were sent to. If you receive a smartlink but want to share it with someone else, you can forward the text message to that person. They will also be able to access the smartlink.
Smartlinks are only compatible with phones and tablets. If you have received a link via email on your computer, you will need to open it on a smart device.
If you can't access the original email on your mobile device, try these steps:
- Forward the original email to your personal email.
- Copy the link from the original email and send it to your personal email by composing a new email to yourself.
- Manually type the link into your mobile browser. It will take you directly to the App Store or Play Store to download the Truepic Vision app.
